MY STORY
On the surface, my life might look like a smooth ride: a successful career, a loving family, and good health. I'm incredibly grateful for it all. But the path is never as straightforward as it seems from the outside. My journey has been a constant practice of stepping out of my comfort zone, navigating burnout, and learning how to build a truly resilient and fulfilling life from the inside out. I’d like to share my story with you because my struggles are now my greatest strengths as a coach.

About Leaving Home, Growing New Roots & Finding the Home Within
I grew up in Germany but moved frequently throughout my studies and early career, living in Poland, the UK, and for seven years in the Netherlands before eventually returning to Germany. I truly understand what it feels like to be an outsider, to feel like you don't quite belong, and to constantly build social connections from scratch.
These experiences taught me invaluable lessons in building self-confidence, recognizing my self-worth and embracing my authentic self – a self enriched by many different cultures and experiences. That's why I am so passionate about helping people strip away external expectations and connecting with their authentic selves, creating a powerful foundation for decision-making and source of strength.

About Responsibility and the Drive to Prove Yourself
From a relatively young age, I secured jobs with significant responsibility. It was clear that many colleagues and customers doubted my abilities due to my age. As a result, I developed a strong ambition to perform well beyond expectations, simply to prove myself capable. This drive continued throughout my career and personal life, eventually pushing me to learn how to achieve better balance. This is why I enjoy helping high-performers redefine success on their own terms and to take steps towards getting rid of that 'never enough' feeling.

About Maximum Speed and Coming to a Full Stop
My ambition often led me to try and do too much in too short a time. I was a classic victim of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) – both socially and professionally. My private agenda was overflowing, business trips were frequent, and I constantly longed to get ever more done in the most efficient way. I truly squeezed the maximum out of every moment. This imbalanced lifestyle eventually led to a burnout and a significant wake-up moment. I realized I wasn't invincible, and that can be a scary thought when you've been on a great run. It's why I'm so passionate about helping my clients spot the warning signs and build resilience before ever hitting the wall.

About a Healthier Life & Learning from Past Mistakes
Finding myself in an unhealthy mental state turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It became the catalyst to dive even deeper into psychology, learning about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other powerful techniques to get back on my feet. My personal development focus shifted dramatically from performance to balance. This encounter also gave me a deep respect for and understanding of the difficult path back to a healthy, balanced life once you've gone off track. I've since invested a lot of time rebuilding my health, even reaching peak physical performance by finishing my first full-distance Ironman.

The experience of rebuilding not only taught me about resilience but sparked my passion to guide others through their own transformative journeys towards balance and fulfillment. I’m deeply convinced that almost everybody can do it and happy to share ideas about the right methodology for each individual.

About Loss, Love, and the Realization We Can't Be Our Best Every Day
I've experienced firsthand the profound impact of close family members battling illness and eventually passing away. I've also witnessed the miracle of new life and the joy of building my own family. Through these experiences, I've come to understand that many of us carry different burdens in everyday life that can affect our performance and well-being. Life is not linear – it's full of many ups and downs.

About My Commitment to Lifelong Personal Growth
It often feels like life continuously presents new levels of difficulty – much like a video game. And the fascinating part is, I've found myself continuously adjusting to these new levels. For me, this highlights the immense importance of consistently challenging yourself and building resilience to be ready for the next, even bigger obstacle. Because one day, it will hit you – whether you like it or not. It's truly good to be prepared.

I've spent countless hours reading studies, designing, and fine-tuning all kinds of techniques related to personal growth. Throughout my career, I've come to understand that many people experience similar struggles and can benefit immensely from a clearer mind and the right guidance towards better health and well-being.
